Project ManagerAs a Project Manager on our platform engineering team, you will oversee and manage multiple development projects within our organization. You will work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, alignment with strategic objectives, and effective resource allocation.What you'll do:Plan, execute and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standardsDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans including schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessmentLead cross-functional teams providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure project successMonitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategiesCoordinate and facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior managementConduct regular project status meetings and provide timely update to stakeholdersManage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in placeIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectivenessWhat you need to succeed:At least 5 years of experienceBachelor's degree is required, Master's degree is preferredProven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, managing complex projectsStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsSolid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced environmentExceptional organizational and time management skills can prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient in project management software and toolsPMP certification or equivalent preferredAllegion is a Great Place to Grow your Career if: You're seeking a rewarding opportunity that allows you to truly help others.
