About the role

Lead internal audits

across compliance, operations, IT, and finance - ensuring we meet regulations and strengthen internal controls.
Own the audit process

from planning to execution - assess risks, develop strategies, and communicate findings to senior leadership.
Identify opportunities

for cost savings, revenue growth, and process improvements across the company.
Analyze data

to uncover insights, conduct testing, and drive smart business decisions.
Advise leadership

on best practices, policy improvements, and risk mitigation.
About you

Education & Certification:

Bachelor's in IT, Accounting, Finance, or a related field-CPA, CIA, or CISA preferred.
Experience:

2+ years in auditing, with a strong background in operational controls testing and public accounting (Big 4 or regional firm experience is a plus).
Expertise:

Deep understanding of risk, compliance, and financial controls in a fast-moving environment.
Analytical Mindset:

Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving skills to assess processes, identify gaps, and drive improvements.
Communication & Influence:

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and translate complex data into clear insights.
