Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (Gtube)
Friday-Saturday 7am-6pm (Gtube)
Saturday-Sunday 8am-4pm (Gtube)

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
