All Surgical sub-specialists available (Bariatric surgery, General Surgery, Urology, Podiatry, Orthopedics, Ob-Gyn etc. but NO CT / Neurosurgery.
EMR Epic. All providers use the same templates and order sets to reduce the variation of practice.
Schedule and Staffing:

Week on and off, 7p-7a / 7a-7p 12 hr shifts (1 Day and 1 Night positions available)
Day time staffed with total of 4 physicians and 2 NP. Night time staffed with 2 NPs.
Night Position - Alternate weeks between ICU and Hospitalist coverage. Do both admissions and cross coverage. Average admissions in ICU is about 0-2 and average admissions on the floor is about 4-8.
Day Position - Round on 14-15 patients and take admission call for 1 hour a day (1p-2p)
Pay :

$115-135k per year depending on experience and $20k bonus for 4-year commitment
