Overview:
Operations Process Business Systems Analyst III to join our Treasury Retail Investment Management Team within our Technology Division.

As an Operations Process Business Systems Analyst, you will support US Treasury Products. You will oversee all aspects of the O&M Process Suite that contribute to the success of a Release. You will facilitate Change and Release processes. You will also facilitate reporting and follow-up on Incidents. Best qualified candidates will have experience and solid understanding of agile methodology, change management disciplines, release best practices, deploy promotion practices and incident reporting. Additionally, you will propose improvements for our operational processes for greater reliability and efficiency, as well as scaling solutions as the organization grows.

This position qualifies for a hybrid working arrangement that supports remote work but requires regular 1day per week on-site attendance.

This position does not sponsor/transfer any type of employment visas. You must be a US citizen or a permanent resident with at least three years of residency.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate all aspects of Implementation Change Management Process, including Change Review Board.
Ensure Changes meet standards for various deploy types and associated test stage gates.
Facilitate Release Process, including maintaining the Release Calendar, reconciling with partner releases and black outs, creating Release Notes, and all associated communications.
Partner with Quality and Product Owner to define and follow Quality Gates and Thresholds.
Facilitate Incident Process, including P1 Incidents, Ticket Metric Reporting.
Maintain On Call Rotation Schedule.
Accountable for managing releases according to release calendar, including weekends and evenings.
Support Treasury Business as Usual (BAU) Roadmap prioritization
Attend Partner Roadmap and CRBs.
Integrate Program Changes into Implementation Change schedule.
Send Partner Communications and Notifications.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of analytic experience in business systems applications in an information technology environment OR master's degree and four (4) years of analytic experience in business systems application in an information technology environment.
Must have experience designing, implementing, and maintaining software applications and/or database management programs preferred and independent decision-making skills.
Experience with ITSM Tools suite such as Jira Service Manager, 3rd Party Notification tool, Atlassian Confluence
Experience with DevSecOps tools CICDCO such as gitlab, CloudWatch, Grafana, OpenSearch
Experience with Cloud based compute and application development solutions.
Product Owner, Interface Partners, Engineering Teams, Systems Analysts, Security Analysts
Prior experience influencing Managed Service Providers both internal and 3rd party.
Technical knowledge of software development and IT deployment
Experience with agile transformation.
Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining software applications and/or database management programs preferred and independent decision-making skills.
Additional Duties:

In addition to the education and years of experience a strong Process Business Systems analyst candidate will bring the following:
Technical Skills: experience evaluating available software and applications to determine which software needs to be enhanced for existing business operations.
Research Experience: Experience identifying precise problems to solve. Review solutions presented prior to making recommendations. Monitor trends within the industry, as new process-mapping tools and techniques are introduced.
