Tasks

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Expert with a strong background in financial or fintech services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years working in quality assurance within a financial or fintech environment, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of industry-specific compliance, data security, and risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our fintech products and services.
  • Work closely with the product and development teams to define quality requirements and ensure they align with company standards.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure software functionality and performance.
  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks for continuous integration.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot testing and quality issues, identifying root causes and suggesting fixes.
  • Ensure product compliance with financial regulatory standards and security protocols.
  • Participate in design reviews and offer guidance to improve product quality and usability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a high level of product quality, continuously suggesting improvements for QA processes.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of QA experience in a financial services or fintech company (REQUIRED).
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with proven experience in testing web and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and best practices in the financial industry (e.g., PCI DSS, SOX).
  • Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), including Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with performance and security testing.
  • Proficiency with API testing tools like Postman or Swagger.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
