Full Autonomy & Ownership: You’ll lead the entire creative process — from idea to execution — without red tape or micromanagement. Tasks Key Responsibilities Ideate & execute creative iterations and net new ad concepts Write high-performing copy for your ad concepts Ideate & execute performance landing pages (advertorials, listicles, etc.) Analyze creative performance, do market research, and uncover winning angles Build and maintain creative systems (Notion, GSheets, swipe files, etc.) Help recruit and grow the creative team (editors, UGC, designers, etc.) Lead and manage the execution pipeline across all creative roles Requirements Requirements 3+ years in direct response creative strategy, ideally in high-spend environments ($1MM+/mo) Deep experience in both creative strategy and copywriting Proven ability to translate insights into high-performing creatives that deliver revenue impact Strong understanding of direct-response marketing Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-output startup environment
