Elevations Adult Day Services is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Program Supervisor to lead our day program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 🚀 About the Role: As the Program Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of the floor. You’ll ensure that individuals receive engaging, skill-based support and that staff are empowered, guided, and held to a high standard. You must be hands-on, compassionate, and fully capable of juggling the needs of your team, documentation requirements, and day-to-day operations — all while keeping the environment structured and positive.
