Internship Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented M&A Intern to join our team. This internship offers exposure to deal processes, market research, and client engagement in a dynamic advisory environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and comfortable working in a fully remote setting. Tasks Key Responsibilities Support deal sourcing through company and investor database management. Conduct market mapping, research, and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and partners. Assist with CRM updates, tracking prospects, and maintaining pipeline data. Perform outreach and appointment scheduling with prospective clients and partners. Draft and edit presentation materials, pitch decks, and client communications. Contribute to internal team meetings, reporting, and project documentation. Requirements Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Strong interest in mergers & acquisitions, investment banking, or corporate finance. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM systems is a plus. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
