Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely and efficient manner. Duties: - Greet customers and take their orders - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed - Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system (Point of Sale) - Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making recommendations - Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar Experience: - Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or banquet setting is preferred - Proficient in operating Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
