**Estimating Assistant - Job Description**
- **Primary Objective**_

Aid in gathering subcontractor bids for projects to be estimated by the project management team.
- **Primary responsibilities**_

1. Work directly with the project coordinator and other team members to solicit bids from all trades required.

3. Communications should be professional and conducted in a timely manner.

2. Self-motivated and reliable.

3. Strong time management and effective organizational skills, with the ability to think laterally, work under pressure and achieve work deadlines in an environment of competing priorities.

4. Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people.

5. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook. Must have strong computer skills or the ability to use technology effectively. Familiarity with Excel and estimating software are nice to haves.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year
