Single Client Assignments -forget being responsible for an entire floor of patients

**Responsibilities**:
Include but not limited to personal care, fall prevention, transfer assistance, memory care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transportation.

**Qualifications**:
**Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, & Auto Insurance**

Strong Communication Skills

Self-Motivated/Proactive/ Highly Dependable

**Must Pass Background Check and Drug Screen**
