**Position Overview**:
Communiboost is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team in New Jersey, NJ. As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies to promote Communiboost's brand, products, and services across various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create engaging and relevant content for Communiboost's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Manage Communiboost's social media accounts, including content planning, posting, monitoring, and engagement with followers.
- Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align social media efforts with business objectives and campaigns.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to track progress and inform future strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for social media platforms.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences through social media.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and best practices for paid social campaigns is a plus.

Pay: $29.44 - $32.51 per hour
