Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events from start to finish
- Coordinate with vendors & suppliers to ensure seamless event execution
- Manage event budgets and timelines effectively
- Provide excellent customer satisfaction
- Assist in marketing services to attract new customers
- Upsell event services and offerings to maximize revenue
- Implement strong organizational skills to handle multiple events simultaneously
- Ensure smooth operations during events by addressing any issues that may arise
- Answer phone inquiries
- Provide product pricing
- Generate rental contracts
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, orders & charges
- Assist in routing of delivery/installation crews

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in event planning, party equipment rental, tent installation or related field
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
