**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Type: Seasonal Summer Position**

**Job Location: Lavner Education HQ, 201 Sabine Ave, Narberth, PA 19072**

**Job Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm**

**Job Dates: June 3 to August 30, 2024**

**Compensation: $1,200 to $1,500/week depending on experience**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns, and marketing messages
- Analyze trends, technologies, and competitors to ensure designs are contemporary and effective
- Utilize graphic design tools and software to produce high-quality images and layouts
- Ensure brand consistency throughout all visual designs
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines
- Provide expertise in selecting images, typography, layout, and color to improve overall design aesthetic
- Review and provide feedback on drafts and final proofs, making necessary adjustments
- Take beautiful photos and videos to add to our marketing asset library
- Maintain digital files and ensure that finished projects are archived appropriately

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in graphic design or digital marketing
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience and comfort with technology and design tools
- Excellent technical writing ability with an emphasis on communication with families
- Willingness to perform all job duties with enthusiasm and a positive outlook
- Deep appreciation for teamwork and drive to be part of a high-level team
- Clearance of all required background checks
