Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an **Associate Business Process Analyst** to join our Aviation Safety team in **Long Beach, CA**. We are seeking an enthusiastic, and collaborative teammate that has a passion for diving into details. This position will require applicants to have the skill and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Supports engineers and other technical and non-technical staff with tasks related to the Continued Operational Safety Program (COSP) process
- Helps develop, gather, and document basic technical data for company products
- Processes technical information from airplane operators, maintainers, and other sources
- Captures critical information and enters/maintains multiple databases and an internal server with accuracy and efficiency
- Organizes data, prepares agendas, and facilitates meetings where technical information is exchanged
- Creates and distributes weekly reports according to established schedules
- Communicates critical information to internal and external customers in compliance with clearly defined requirements
- Generates formal correspondence with external customers
- Works under close supervision

**The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. - 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.**

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Works well with others as well as independently

**Typical Education / Experience**:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $64,302- $97,232
