**Essential Requirement**
- Basic Computer skills
- Available Weekends and holidays ex: Memorial Day, fathers day
- Responsible for security and reconciliation of their cash drawer

Server Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to ensure an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
- Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our diverse German-American menu to offer recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
- Order Accuracy: Take accurate food and drink orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar promptly, and ensure timely delivery to guests.
- Upselling: Skillfully promote specials, add-ons, and beverages to enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue growth.
- Table Maintenance: Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, ensuring they are set according to the restaurant's standards.

Bartender Responsibilities:

- Mixology: Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages with precision and flair, adhering to the restaurant's drink recipes.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with guests at the bar, provide recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar inventory, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked and organized.
- Adherence to Regulations: Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
- Multi-tasking: Handle multiple drink orders simultaneously, maintaining efficiency during peak hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
