Chiropractic Assistant/front Desk

A Chiropractic practice in Derry, NH is in need of a dependable, health-minded, enthusiastic and outgoing Chiropractic Assistant. We are located on the beautiful grounds of LaBelle Winery Derry with forested walking trails just 3 min drive away. We are passionate about helping people, we work hard but have a great team who works well together in a fun and positive environment.
This position will be responsible for:
- Be the first impression of the practice - be that friendly face and empathetic voice on the phone that puts people at ease
- Assist with hands-on patient care by performing therapies like e-stim, cold laser, ultrasound and massage
- Manage patient flow on the phone and in person
- Billing duties: insurance verification, scan/route EOBs, deal with billing company and help patients understand their statements/balances
- Help with day-to-day running of the practice (supplies, inventory, prepare deposits, request/send medical records, keep practice neat and tidy)
- Help patients stay motivated about their treatment plans
- Attend staff meeting and be a great team player
- Strong computer skills **required **as we run exclusively via EHR, previous medical experience a plus.
- Must love dogs, our office pup Max is a key part of the office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
