- Brokerage experience in a high-volume industry
- Desire to cultivate and grow client relationships.
- Knowledge of open-trailer equipment (preferred)
- Willingness to take on any challenge.
- Ability to work in a TEAM oriented environment.
- Knowledge of market conditions and ability to quote and WIN freight.
- Strong computer and phone skills
