**Job Summary**

This position will greet clients and visitors, handle incoming phone calls, and assist our executive team with short and long-term projects.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The Administrative Assistant is positioned at the reception window of our Fall River office’s lobby.

Responsibilities include:

- Answers and transfers incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Monitors visitor lobby and facilitates visitor check-in.
- Prepares, sends, receives, sorts, and distributes mail and packages.
- Orders, receives, and verifies office supply orders.
- Regular interactions with clients, visitors, and staff.
- Opens/unlocks main entrance during open office hours.
- Administrative support for organization’s CEO, COO, and CFO, to include:

- Copying, scanning, printing, and delivering document packets with proper formatting using multifunction copy machine.
- Preparing, reviewing, correcting, and printing letters including gift acknowledgement letters for nonprofit donations.
- Sealing and sending signed letters.
- Other projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Bilingual: fluent in English, and fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.
- Highly organized and conscientious.
- Principled and professional demeanor: adherence to confidentiality and boundaries.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Proactive communicator, reliable follow-up and follow-through.
- Experience with general administrative/office tasks.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
