Custodial Supervisor

Austin, United States Greenbelt Cleaning Services Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards and in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with established cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to custodial services.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure proper use and maintenance.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new custodial team members.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and respond to their needs promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in facility management or related fields is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in custodial or janitorial services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
