Job Title**:Paid Media Campaign Manager** (Drug and Alcohol Treatment Industry)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that include Google Ads pay-per-click and other paid media campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, create content, and optimize landing pages.
- Plan and execute paid search campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and create engaging digital content that resonates with our target audience.
- Optimize lead conversions from Salesforce CRM to Google Ads
- Monitor and report on paid campaigns KPIs, and CPA.
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality content that aligns with our digital marketing strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities to improve our digital marketing efforts.
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure that leads generated from digital marketing campaigns are followed up on promptly.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on pay per click.
- Experience working in the drug and alcohol treatment industry is highly preferred.
- WordPress Landing Page Web Development Experience
- Salesforce CRM Experience
- Strong understanding of addiction search keywords.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A passion for helping people overcome addiction and a commitment to ethical marketing practices.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
