Restaurant Maintenance

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our operations.

**Duties**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing machinery, equipment, or systems; troubleshooting issues; and conducting preventative maintenance.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory.

**Skills**:

- Leadership: Ability to take charge and lead maintenance projects effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Electrical skills: Proficient in electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Welding skills: Capable of welding and fabricating metal structures as needed.
- Facilities maintenance: Experience in maintaining various aspects of facilities, including plumbing, HVAC systems, and general repairs.
- Knowledge of schematics and logic controllers: Able to read and interpret technical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to identify issues and find effective solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication skills).
- Proven experience in maintenance or related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications preferred.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
