Residential Maintenance Technician

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform preventive maintenance at rental properties.
- Perform repairs and troubleshooting at residential properties such as replacing locks, leaking plumbing fixtures, damage to drywall/paint, install/replace necessary appliances and flooring.
- General knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, appliance funtions/connections, etc.
- Perform move out make readies for new move ins.
- Work independently to prioritize assignments and work efficiently to complete jobs in timely manner.

**Requirements**:
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test
- Must have reliable, insured transportaion (truck perferred for transporting material and tools) and basic set of personal tools
- Properties are primarily in Denton, TX, as well as Sanger, Krum, Gainesville, and Whitesboro
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work setting:
- In-person
**Experience**:
- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (required)
Work Location: In person
