**Responsibilities**:

- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as an “employer of choice”. Source passive applicants using both practical and creative methods to fill open positions. Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Collaborate with Director, Talent Acquisition and Operations leadership in identifying current and future hiring needs and developing associated job descriptions and specifications.
- Construct and recommend ideas and strategies related to sourcing and recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that accomplishes Tech24‘s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customers.
- Lead in sourcing projects/recruiting initiatives including, but not limited to, meet-ups; tech events; conferences.
- Monitor external mailbox and ensure timely replies to inquiries.
- Ensure accurate and timely applicant tracking system for weekly/monthly metrics and dashboard.
- Execute special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for professional managerial openings.
- Other duties as assigned by cognizant supervision.

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree in a business-related field or equivalent in education and work experience.
- Experience supporting multiple managers, multiple Operating Companies, over a regional territory is preferred.
- Follow-up and organizational skill - high priority with this position.
- Service industry is experience is preferred.
- English - oral and written. Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient knowledge in ATS (ADP) and employment search engines. Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Excel and reporting skills, metrics & analytics. Pivot / V Look up additional bonus.
- Experience with ADP’s Workforce Now is preferred.
- Keen sense and understanding of Recruiting Compliance.
- Closing/Sales mindset - proactively engaged from Application to Hire
- Social media proficiency highly recommended.
