**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Perform work in accordance with safety guidelines and job specifications.
- Restore, Removal, Repair, and replacement of various commercial roofing systems (including architectural sheetmetal) under the direction of a foreman.
- Knowledge of EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified, BUR, Sheet metal and other types of Commercial Roofing.
- Ability to receive instruction and produce work accordingly.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.

**Requirements**:

- Two (2) plus years of commercial metal roofing experience.
- Commercial Roofing experience.
- Willing to complete all pre-employment screening processes.
- Willing to work in at varying heights and weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license (required).
- Ability to travel (required).
- Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
- Ability to life 50-100 pounds throughout the day and set up a ladder safely up to 40 feet.
- 18 years of age or older. Authorized to work in the United States
