**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Front Desk Camp Staff for our upcoming summer camps in Potomac, MD. As a Front Desk Camp Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our camp by providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet campers, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with camper check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage phone calls and inquiries, providing information about camp programs and schedules.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and assist with camper registration processes.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and organizing camp documents.
- Collaborate with camp counselors and other staff members to address camper needs and concerns.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby space.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Passion for working with children and promoting a positive camp experience.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

**Schedule**:
This is a seasonal position from June 17 to August 9, 2024. Front Desk Camp Staff members are expected to work during camp hours, which may include weekdays and occasional weekends. The typical work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on camp schedules and events.
