WE HELP OUR LUBE TECHS LEARN NEW SKILLS TO INCREASE THEIR INCOME AND ADVANCE THEIR CAREERS**

**Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Lube Technician**:

- ** Perform basic auto maintenance and minor repairs**:

- Inspect vehicle's fluids, tires, battery, brakes, etc.
- Change oil, coolant, flush fluids, grease bearings, etc.
- Rotate and balance tires, alignment
- Replace brake pads, resurface rotors
- Minor tune-ups and more
- Keep shop area neat and clean and account for tools

**Qualifications - Auto Dealership **Lube Technician**:

- ** Lube Tech experience is required**:

- ** Lube Tech experience from Brands such as Firestone, Pep Boys, Jiffy Lube, etc. should apply**:

- Dealership experience is a plus but not required
- Automotive operational knowledge/working knowledge of shop equipment is preferred
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, flexible, and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
