**POSITION**:
The Sales Manager will oversee all studio sales functionality.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead generation including grass roots marketing and networking
- Membership and retail sales
- Manage staff schedule
- Train and supervise Sales Representatives
- Collect outstanding dues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
- Enforce studio policies and procedures
- Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities
- Contact prospects/leads to schedule barre class and enroll them in a membership
- Drive and retain retail and membership sales
- Participate in as many networking/community events in the surrounding community and studio promotions as possible
- Collaborate with owner to execute light operational duties such as: ordering supplies, scheduling staff, and organizing events

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 2+ years of sales experience, fitness industry preferred
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps for revenue generation
- Organized with ability multi-task and follow-through on individual projects
- Previous management, supervisory, or training experience
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- Professional, punctual, reliable, neat, and organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy with ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work harmoniously in a team environment
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new programs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability

**COMPENSATION & PERKS**:

- Hourly base rate plus incentives for both personal & team results

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
