Tiki Bartender

Tiki Tatsu-Ya is hiring for bartenders This is a tipped position plus the hourly wage.

**Job Duties**:

- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers by taking orders & serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
- Food Handlers and TABC certificates can be obtained
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Stand on feet for long periods of time
