We are seeking a bilingual and experienced Server to join our team. at Rancho el Agave. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Provide excellent guest services by answering questions, addressing concerns, and making recommendations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
- Knowledge of Toast POS system for order processing and payment handling
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with both guests and colleagues
- **Bilingual(English & Spanish**) is a must
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
