**Overview**:
The Charles King Group, a premier real estate team, is seeking a proactive and driven Inside Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales force. This role is pivotal in generating client engagement and driving the sales process by managing leads, setting appointments, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Management**: Efficiently organize and prioritize incoming leads to ensure they are contacted promptly. Use strategic follow-up sequences to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- **Communication**: Spend a significant portion of the day making outgoing calls to new leads and conducting follow-ups. Utilize strong communication skills to engage potential clients and understand their needs.
- **Appointment Setting**: Act as a liaison between potential clients and real estate agents, securing appointments for buyers or sellers. Ensure smooth transitions and clear communication between parties.
- **Tracking Progress**: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system. Update lead information regularly to facilitate targeted follow-up and track sales progress.
- **Client Nurturing**: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular check-ins and providing valuable information, helping them progress in their buying or selling journey.
- **Sales Strategy**: Implement effective call strategies to convert conversations into appointments. Stay updated with best practices and adapt techniques to maximize success.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops. Shadow experienced agents and incorporate feedback to continuously improve sales and communication skills.
- **Team Collaboration**: Engage in daily meetings with the operations manager and sales team to discuss goals, strategies, and progress. Collaborate on approaches and share insights to enhance overall team performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, especially telesales or inside sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency in managing multiple tasks and using CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work in varying shifts, including some weekends and evenings, as required.
- Enthusiastic and performance-driven with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
