**THE COMPANY**: Total Comfort Group is a leading national provider of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Project Management services throughout the United States. Our focus is on retail and commercial multi-site properties Nationwide.

**Main Job Responsibilities**:

- Process a high volume of project billings per month.
- Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external clients.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables data.
- Works with Project Manager on the resolution of the problem repair calls, prioritize work to ensure efficiency, and accomplish goals in an organized manner.
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage to account figures and financial records.

**Knowledge and Skill Requirement**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinker, and ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
