Overview:
**Position Description**:
Intelligent Waves has an opening for a **CNO Analyst**, to support a critical DoD customer, 1 st IO Command. The **CNO Analyst** will provide contractor services for this CONUS and OCONUS contract.

**Location**: This **CNO Analyst** is based in Fort Belvoir, VA.

**Travel**: Ability to travel up to 10-20% of the time between 2 Northern Virginia locations and will be reimbursed based on IW policy, GSA Per Diem rates and DoD Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) as required.

**Security Clearance**: This **CNO Analyst** must be a United States Citizen and hold a DOD Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Works to identify vulnerabilities and create TTPs to exploit
- Conduct IO staff analysis and research supporting 1st IO Cmd’s executive level actions and initiatives.
- Review and comment on Joint and Army Information Operations and Cyberspace Operations policy doctrine, regulations, orders, and directives.
- Participate in a wide variety of IO conferences, meetings, working groups, and program reviews.
- Assist with the preparation, coordination and development of 1st IO Cmd’s Mission Statement, Mission Essential Task List, Concept Plans, Force Design Updates, Annual Historical Reports, and of the Command policy documents.
- Assist with the preparation, coordination and development of force modernization and organizational design documents including Capability Based Assessments, DOTMLPF Change Recommendations, CONOPs, and material requirements documents.
- Develop and maintain 1st IO Cmd’s operational MOUs with other commands, activities, and agencies.
- Write, staff, and review issue papers, decision papers, briefings, and TTP.
- Maintain awareness of current military organizational and operational concepts and plans as they relate to the integration of IO at strategic, operational, and tactical levels of military operations.
- Assemble and maintain orders, directives, regulations and other authorization documents that establish 1st IO Cmd’s responsibilities and operational requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of practices, techniques, and procedures that improve the Command’s operational and staff efficiency.
- Assigned to a specific COCOM as direct support from the Customer to the supported element.
- Coordinate IO-related activities for exercise and real world Operations for the 1st IO Cmd.
- Analysis and Assessment and coordination of activities in support of IO products. Development and implementation of IO Planning products supporting internal and external unit requests for support.
- Development and implementation of plans and concepts in support of IO missions, through utilization of the MDMP and other standard processes.
- Provide in depth analysis in support of IO products, and the utilization of team members support through coordination of elements within the Custom Unit as well as outside units and organizations

Qualifications:

- Masters with 7 years experience, OR Bachelor with 9 years experience, OR HS Diploma with 13 years of experience will be accepted.
- A current Comptia Security+ or other IAT Level II or III level certification.
- Exposure to and understanding of Information Operations (and associated areas such as PSYOP, Military Deception).
- Scripting experience required.
- Solid understanding of the Army MDMP process.
- Experience with Network Defense
- Experience with MITRE Attack
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacking) Certificate desired
