**About The Role**

Our Team Members are the core of who we are. They have a passion for food and good people and also possess a strong work ethic. We believe in cross-training our Team Members to work a variety of different stations and positions, as we believe this helps them develop professionally and make the greatest impact at our restaurant. Team Members may work in a variety of different positions and stations, such as:
**Ambassador**

As an Ambassador, you will be the face of Fields Good Chicken Ambassadors are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience at our establishment. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and therefore should have a good knowledge of our menus, and be able to handle cash and operate POS systems. In addition, you will be responsible for building brand love by engaging with guests through proactive guest intercepts, suggestive selling, and other customer service initiatives.

**Line & Prep**

As a Line and Prep team member, you will be responsible for executing our chef-inspired recipes and working the line to prepare and serve our delicious bowls, salads, and roasted chicken. You will be responsible for both front line and expo duties, ensuring that our food is presented beautifully and served at the right temperature, as well as the back line, where you’ll prepare sides and mix dressings and sauces to complement our dishes. Attention to detail and focus on quality are essential, as you will also be responsible for ensuring that our veggies are washed, cut and mixed to perfection.

Our Chicken team members work directly with our most prized ingredient - chicken These team members will learn all of our rubs, marinades, and marinating techniques to ensure that our chicken is cooked to perfection every time. The Chicken Team Member should have a passion for grilling and cooking, ensuring that all chicken is cooked to the highest standards and is served in a timely manner. Additionally, the Chicken Team Member will need to have strong organizational skills to ensure that all chicken is properly stored and prepared according to food safety regulations.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
**As a team member, primary duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable Fields Good Chicken experience
- Present a professional and polished image that represents our brand.
- Maintain strict adherence to safe food handling procedures
- Prompt reporting of safety, sanitation, and guest concerns to the Manager on Duty.
- Staying updated and knowledgeable on product and procedural changes
- Participating in restaurant opening and closing responsibilities
- Provide assistance to other team members as needed
- Accurately process sales through the POS/register, handle payment transactions and
- Follow secure cash handling procedures.
- Keep our counters and stations cleaned and well-stocked
- Maintain the cleanliness of our dining room tables, chairs, doors, windows and floor.
- Ensure our bathrooms are clean and well-stocked
- Cross-train in various restaurant positions and functions
- Safely and effectively use chemical cleaning products
- Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisors or managers
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness throughout the shift, including periodic cleaning during downtime, as requested by managers or supervisors.
- Collaborate with other team members as necessary to ensure a positive and memorable Fields Good Chicken experience for each guest.

**Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50+ pounds for the duration of your shift (up to 8 hours with scheduled breaks)
