Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced Preschool/Early Childhood Director to join the Hope Family As the Director of Hope Academy, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our early childhood education program, ensuring a safe and nurturing Christian environment for children to learn and grow. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, educational expertise, and the ability to effectively manage a team. The ideal School Director (Early Childhood Education Director) ensures that the needs of the students and the goals of the center are met appropriately and in a Christ like fashion.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality of our preschool program
- Manage the budget and financial resources of the preschool
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers to develop curriculum and educational programs
- Establish policies and procedures to ensure compliance with licensing regulations
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development
- Oversee the maintenance of facilities and equipment
- Handle any disciplinary issues or conflicts that may arise

**Experience**:

- MUST personally exemplify strong traditional Christian values
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in education administration or a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
