The proposed annual salary range for the Proposal Coordinator is $70,000-$95,000 based on a 40-hour work schedule. The final salary will vary depending on confirmed job-related skills and experience.

**Proposal Coordinator Primary Responsibilities**:Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Function as a central hub and contact for AEC proposal requests.
- Collaborate with team staff on all aspects of AEC proposal coordination, including but not limited to proposal writing.
- Create, maintain, and prepare AEC proposal qualifications.
- Collaborate with Marketing team, as necessary, to create/update marketing collateral for the Accessibility team.
- Coordinate with Contracts team, as necessary.
- Write AEC project descriptions and other aspects of proposal responses, as needed.
- Actively seek out and monitor RFP sites and other websites for AEC opportunities.
- Enter quotes, opportunities and project requests into Dynamics, CRM.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and project teams via the appropriate communication channels.
- Provide feedback to improve processes and team efficiency.
- Coordinate proposal presentations, as necessary.
- Participate in business development activities, as needed.
- Provide administrative support and organization for the Accessibility team, as required.

**Proposal Coordinator Qualifications**: Below is a list of the minimum requirements for the position:

- Bachelor’s degree is required, or equivalent experience in the architectural, engineering and construction space (AEC).
- 2-5 years relevant proposal coordination experience.
- Familiarity with various types of proposal responses including RFPs, corporate templates, AE Forms, and SF330.
- Experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and coordination skills. Efficient time management skills.
- Capable of interacting and collaborating with staff and management across all levels.

**Proposal Coordinator Bonus Qualifications**:

- Experience with Dynamics CRM.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Ability to read architectural drawing sets.

**Travel Required**:No overnight travel is anticipated for this position. Some occasional local day travel may be necessary.

**Working Environment**:This position is considered hybrid with 3 days per week in our New York, NY or Norwalk, CT offices and 2 days working remotely.
