About us

We are a growing property management company, with 38 years of service, overseeing state-of-the-art and luxury residential buildings across the Boston metro area. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Professional Painter to join our team.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, scraping, patching, and priming as needed.
- Protect furniture, fixtures, and other items from paint splatter and damage during the painting process.
- Ensure proper mixing and matching of paint colors to achieve desired results and consistency.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client questions, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as required.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a professional painter, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in a variety of painting techniques and finishes, including brushing, rolling, and spraying.
- Knowledge of paint types, color theory, and surface preparation methods.
- Experience working in residential and commercial painting settings.
- This position requires English proficiency.
- Must be able to participate and be a part of our on-call rotation. As part of a rotation basis with the other maintenance employees you will be On-Call for a period of 7 days, Tuesday through Monday after business hours weekdays and 24 hours on the weekend.
- Move, lift, push, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 60 pounds, unassisted.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to pass criminal, credit and driving record checks.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Travel to a variety of work sites every day.
- Must be a self-starter with thorough understanding of custom residential remodeling and construction.
- Some outdoor duties include snow shoveling in poor weather conditions.
- A willingness to perform a variety of task such as snow removal, or anything else required for maintenance operations.
- Positive attitude and the ability to act professionally at all circumstances.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Formal training or certification in painting or a related field.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards related to painting and construction.
