Job Overview:
**We are seeking experienced Servers to join our team at Havana Country Club**.. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent service.

**$200 Sign On Bonus after 30 days of employment**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the ALOHA POS system and ensure accuracy
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and bartenders
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Upsell additional menu items or specials to increase sales
- Process payment transactions using the cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent guest services

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of culinary terminology and menu items is a plus
- Sales skills to promote specials or recommend menu items
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.20 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
