**Job Description**:
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 3rd Shift, which operates 11pm to 7am, with some weekends. Pay rate is USD $20.00.

About the Role:
The Lead Packer role at the Lancaster PA location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

- Ensures that quality standards are met by performing inspections and maintaining set standards of finished product packaging.
- Enter correct order information into SAP.
- Ensures efficient and quality production and positive employee relations by complying with all employment policies, rules, regulations, safety procedures, good manufacturing procedures, product protection standards and actively participating in all training requirements.
- Follows and enforces standards for food safety and food quality production reflected in SQF as well as the regulations of major vendors and governmental agencies such as OSHA, FDA and EPA and assures associates are consistently trained in these standards and comply with all requirements

About You:
You’ll fit right in if you have:

- Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
- Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
- The ability to work overtime and weekends
- Knowledge of SAP a plus, but not required.
- Basic computer skills to input data.
