We are currently in search of an enthusiastic Claims Associate to provide support to the claims staff with the goal of learning the multiple Insurance Adjusting (IA) platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Obtain investigative documents to help assist the claim flow.
- Assist with assigning/contacting adjusters to new claims.
- Set up and enter new claims into Click Claims/VCA/XactAnalysis, particularly during peak season. This will be a daily responsibility that will pick up during peak season.
- Input and review notes/diaries in claims management system.
- Answer and initiate calls, set up inspection appointment and provide customer service.
- Support Vanguard’s Quality Assurance Team.
- Assist with the billing and closing of claims.
- Forward all mail/contact letters to the appropriate inbox.
- Assist with team projects/excel work sheets.
- Order Hover assignments.
- Run reports in Click Claims/XactAnalysis.
- Monitor claims inbox for incoming claims and keep it organized.
- Send out acknowledgement letters.
- Create ESX files when needed.
