**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in assigned areas, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Empty trash bins, replace liners and ensure proper waste disposal and recycling practices.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, including restocking supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Monitor and report maintenance or repair needs, such as plumbing issues, lighting problems, or damaged fixtures.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed within specified timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and facility occupants to address cleaning needs or concerns.
- Demonstrate professionalism and respect for privacy and confidentiality when working in occupied areas.
- Pay attention to detail and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.

**Qualifications**:

- Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks such as lifting heavy objects, prolonged standing, bending, and reaching.
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset, demonstrating knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Ability to operate and maintain cleaning tools and equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address cleanliness issues.
- Good time management and organizational skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Dependability and reliability, consistently meeting work schedules, and being punctual.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with supervisors, colleagues, and facility occupants.
- Demonstrated professionalism, positive attitude, and respect for privacy and confidentiality.

**Physical Demands**:

- Frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending and squatting is required.
- Standing for up to four hours at a time.
- Can lift 50+ lbs

**Schedule**

Evening shift:

- Sunday-Thursday
- Sunday 7am-3pm
- Monday-Thursday 5pm-11:00pm 6 hours
