Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients. Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services. We are recruiting to fill a position to lead business development activities for a small government contracting firm focused on IT Services and Cyber Security for clients in Civil and DoD markets.
Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Program Management Office (PMO) SME who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of training development, implementation, evaluation, and redesign initiatives for the Master Resilience Training Task Order located at the Directorate of Prevention, Resilience, and Readiness (DPRR) Headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:
- Provide input for all training development, implementation, evaluation, and redesign.
- Shall be capable of briefing and advising DPRR HQ on the delivery of resilience and performance enhancement as it relates to current and planned curriculum and programs.
- Provide their services, as part of the Project Management Office (PMO), directly to DPRR HQ in Arlington, VA.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine knowledge and skill gaps across various departments or teams.
- Coordinate logistics, resources, and scheduling to facilitate seamless training delivery.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any issues related to training delivery or infrastructure.
**NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:
- Thorough knowledge of the Army organizational structure, mission objectives, function, procedures, regulations, and policy pertaining to the Department of the Army.
- Shall speak, read, and comprehend English to the extent of reading and understand printed regulations, written orders, operating procedures, training instructions and materials, and perform the duties assigned.
- All employees present a professional appearance that is appropriate for their position and adhere to facility dress codes. Contractor employees shall conduct themselves in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (education, experience, skills)**:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in the field of Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Counseling Education, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology with specialized emphasis in sport and/or performance psychology.
- Minimum three years’ experience teaching, coaching, or instructing resilience and performance enhancement skills, philosophies, and competencies.
- Ability to pass the National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) (Tier 1) background investigation.
- Must a be US citizen.
**PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS (education, experience, skills)**:
- Certifications or memberships within a professional association related to their field of study such as the Association for Applied Sports Psychology (AASP), Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) or American Board of Sport Psychology (ABSP).
