Tower Foreman
1. Oversee the quality installations, maintenance, and repairs of wireless communication tower equipment.
2. Inspect work performed by telecom crews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
3. Ensure all work on telecom towers meets company and legal health and safety requirements.
4. Ensure team members perform work at height safely and effectively.
5. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures for working at height.
6. Supervise a team of technicians, providing leadership and guidance.
7. Train technicians on proper installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
8. Identify and procure necessary materials, tools, and equipment for assigned work.
9. Ensure proper use and maintenance of company vehicles, equipment, and assets.
10. Perform ground-based civil scopes when applicable, supporting radio systems cabling, grounding, interconnects, and conduits.
11. Communicate effectively with management, staff, and customers regarding site progress and issues.
12. Provide real-time updates, troubleshoot problems, and propose solutions as needed.
13. Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of up to 3 members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
14. Interface effectively with all levels of management, staff, and customers to ensure project success.
15. Adhere to all applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations throughout all tasks and projects.
16. Experience in rigging, field service, and telecommunication
17. Proficiency in climbing towers safely and efficiently.
18. Familiarity with 5G, 4G/LTE, and 3G technologies
19. Skills in cabling and bucket operations
Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
