**Responsibilities**:

- TEAM PLAYER is a must and willing to take direction
- Main role is supporting internal sales staff and growth - this includes:

- Willing to learn estimating and ordering software
- Flexible - fast paced
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to the management team
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service to customers

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in promotional items
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
