DAY PORTER - Janitor - PART TIME - College Station*_
WINDSOR BUILDING SERVICES_* is looking for a motivated, high energy **DAY PORTER** that perform general cleaning duties in buildings during business hours while the facility is open. Perform all duties related to maintaining the general cleanliness and safety of the main common areas, floors, restrooms, and offices.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Cleans offices, common areas, lavatories, halls, and any other areas that may require attention.
- Cleans light fixtures, ceilings and vents, walls, furniture, windows, and windowsills.
- Empties trash and garbage containers.
- Restock dispensers / supplies.
- Required to use backpack vacuum, mop buckets, blower, and general cleaning chemicals properly and safely per Windsor's standards.
- Complete outside duties in garage, parking lot, stairwells, and sidewalks.

**Physical requirements**:

- Physically able to walk, stand, bend, lift for duration of shift.
- Significant walking.
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, push/pull, lift up to 30lbs.
