Groundsman

Responsibilities:

- Perform general grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance
- Perform basic landscaping tasks including mulching, weeding, and fertilizing
- Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify any issues or areas in need of attention
- Assist with tree care and trimming operations
- Operate bucket trucks for tasks such as tree trimming or light installation
- Maintain accurate records of work performed using GIS software

**Skills**:

- Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment operation
- Familiarity with tree care and trimming practices
- Ability to operate bucket trucks safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of GIS software for record keeping purposes

Pay: $16.00 per hour
