With the continuous growth, they are in a position to bring on a dedicated individual to join our team and lead civil construction activities. As a Civil Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects within the area.

**Duties**:

- Supervise specific construction efforts to ensure project is in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, and provide day-to-day direction of onsite staff.
- Manage craft employees and other contractors associated.
- Assist Project Superintendents in developing and implementing project procedures, working documents, and safety standards.
- Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures and safety program requirements.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in civil construction management on projects like Roads, Site Development, Bridges, and Intersections.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering
- Experience working with FDOT on projects
- Proficiency in project coordination and scheduling
- Familiarity with plan reading and interpretation
- Strong knowledge of construction site operations
