Vacation Rental Property Inspector

We are actively searching for a motivated, reliable team player to join our Vacation Rental company as a Property Care Specialist. Your main role will involve upholding top-tier property standards for our guests and owners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive inspections of vacation rental properties before and after guest stays.
- Check for any damages, wear and tear, or maintenance issues and document findings.
- Verify that all amenities and appliances are in working order.
- Communicate any maintenance or repair requirements to relevant parties.
- Ensure that the property is well-prepared for incoming guests, including cleanliness and functionality.
- Keep track of inventory such as furnishings, linens and kitchen supplies and report any missing or damaged items.
- Run daily reports
- Communicate with the Owner Relations Manager.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in property management, Hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in property inspection, property management, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify maintenance issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- As a Vacation Rental Property Inspector, your role will entail traveling to designated properties, and transportation will be necessary for this position.

Property Care Specialist play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of vacation rental properties, contributing to positive guest and owner experiences.
