Maitenance Technician

**Full Job Description**

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to assist with repairs and maintence of the property plus it's facilities.

**Responsibilities**:
**Routine Maintenance**: Perform regular inspections of hotel equipment, systems, and facilities to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.

**Repair Work**: Conduct repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, furniture, and fixtures as needed.

**Emergency Response**: Respond promptly to guest requests and emergency maintenance issues to minimize disruption and ensure guest comfort and safety.

**Preventive Maintenance**: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and prolong the lifespan of assets.

**Troubleshooting**: Diagnose issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to determine the root cause and implement effective solutions.

**Collaboration**: Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or maintenance projects when necessary.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies and equipment.

**Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

**Communication**: Communicate effectively with hotel management, staff, and external parties regarding maintenance issues, schedules, and repairs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
